| It is difficult for any modern rose to match the beauty and fragrance of Charles de Mills. Blooming heavily in spring, the flowers are extremely double, crimson-purple, with swirled petals at the centered and sometimes quartered form. Fragrance is reported to be variable, but it smells wonderful here. Zones 4-9. | ||
