Ordering Information

We ship roses to all continental US states. Sorry, but we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

For orders in the following states, a phytosanitary certificate is required and may require extra time before shipping: CA, OR, and WA

There are three ways to order.

1. Use the blank order form and mail in with your payment.
You may fill out the form online and then print it, or print it blank and fill it out by hand. Here is the Blank Order Form.

2. Use the shopping cart under the 'CATALOG' button to calculate charges and generate your order. When completed, you can print your order and mail in with a check or money order, or proceed to pay by credit card through PayPal. You do NOT have to open an account with PayPal to use it. Click on the 'If you do not currently have a PayPal account' option when you check out.

3. Send us an email with name, address, and rose choices. We will confirm your order, fill out your invoice, and give you a total so that you may follow-up with a personal check or money order.

The shopping cart calculates plant prices, shipping and handling, and sales tax automatically. If you choose to print the form and mail in with payment, click on 'check out', print the form, and write your name, address, and phone number on the order form. If you choose to pay through PayPal, you will enter your shipping address at the PayPal site.

PayPal

PayPal is a popular service that offers free secure online transactions for checking accounts and credit cards. You must register to use the service and provide them with a credit card or checking account. When you use PayPal to order online, your checking account or credit card number are NOT given to the merchant, thus safeguarding your personal data. Availability Terms

We will update our availability status regularly to avoid requests for roses that are sold out. We do our best to avoid disappointing our customers, but plants and the weather are unpredictable and we cannot guarantee availability even after an order has been placed. If a selection is not available for any reason, a substitute will be made if you wish, or a refund will be sent. No substitutions will be made without your permission.




Prices

All roses are in trade 1-qt pots (4" x 5") and cost $10.95

Note: Mississippi residents must pay a 7% sales tax on the total price (including shipping).

Shipping

We ship our roses in pots year round, weather permitting. Plants are shipped on Mondays through Wednesdays, by US Priority Mail. We rely on you to make sure that you order your plants when it is best to ship to your area. Our plants are grown outdoors and will be dormant or semi-dormant during the winter and early spring.

We do not take advance orders for roses not in stock. However, we are happy to notify you by e-mail when varieties become available if you ask us to do so.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping and handling is $7.00 per order plus $2.00 per plant.


Conditions of Sale

We are a small nursery with a goal of providing quality plants for good prices. In the event that a problem occurs, we aim to please our customers whenever reasonable.

To avoid plant loss, the purchaser has the responsibility to order roses suitable for growing in his/her zone as given by the USDA plant hardiness zone map. Please order at the proper shipping time for your area.

Replacement Policy

We guarantee our plants will be healthy upon delivery, but cannot be responsible for horticultural failures once the plant is in your care. If a plant arrives in poor condition and we are notified within 10 working days of shipping, we will replace your plant. Varieties are replaced with the same variety when available. If that variety is out of stock, then a substitute may be offered, or a credit will be given. Replacements are shipped at our cost. A plant will be replaced or credited only once. Under any circumstances, our liability for plant loss is limited to the cost of the plant.

If a Plant Dies

We do not guarantee plants once they are in your care. However, if a plant dies within 10 working days of shipping and you feel it is our fault, please contact us to discuss a possible replacement. Our goal is to get healthy plants to our customers; however, we are not responsible for horticultural failures due to improper variety selections, plant care, growing conditions, or weather. We are not responsible for roses that die due to freezing weather. Plants damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company, and they should be notified immediately. Please notify us as well.

If a Plant is Mislabelled

If a rose blooms and isn't the variety you ordered, please contact us within 1 year of purchase.

Virus

We take concerns about mosaic virus seriously, and only propagate plants that are vigorous and have never shown signs of virus. In the unexpected event that you see virus symptoms on a plant purchased from us, please let us know immediately.
