How do I order roses? We need two things to complete your order. First, your rose choices and personal information. Second, your payment. If your order using our shopping cart and paypal, both are completed. Otherwise, you can use our shopping cart to create an order form or use our online order form, and mail it to us along with a personal check or money order for payment. An alternate is to simply send us an email to mail@countrysideroses.com, including your name, address, rose choices, and shipping date, and we will fill out an invoice for you and let you know the amount you will owe by check or money order, or you can pay thorugh Paypal. We hold plants for 1 week awaiting payment. Can I order online? Yes, use the shopping cart by going through the online catalog, then follow with payment via Paypal. Can I fax an order? No, we do not accept orders by fax. Can I order by phone? I am delighted to take orders by phone, but since we do not take credit cards, you will have to follow up with a check or money order for payment. How do I make payment? We accept personal checks and money orders, or payment through Paypal directly to the account mail@countrysideroses.com. What happens after I order? You will receive a 'thank you' notice from the shopping cart, followed by a personal email within (usually) 1 day assigning a shipping date and invoice number..
What if the roses I ordered are out of stock? We do not substitute roses without permission, and generally refund payment rather than backorder a small number of plants. What is your refund/replacement policy? Please read our Terms of Sale for this information. Do you have a catalog? No, we do not offer a printed catalog. All our information is online, and this helps us keep our prices low. However, a printable listing is provided as part of the Availability Listing. |
